After many years of experience in the event industry as a professional event producer, educator and industry speaker, Carol Moxam, CSEP, founded Special Event Boot Camp. Established in 2007, now embarking on our third year in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, we offer learning outside the classroom. We deliver experiential training and development programs in Special Events Management. Our learning environment is creative, interactive, informal as well as formal, social, and provides a community to network with industry experts and peers.
The flagship program features two full days focusing on event coordination, event design, and event production including the hottest, most relevant, and technically accurate training and resources in special events management. Additional programs providing information exchange include our Breakfast Series, Social Nights, and Learn Workshops.
Within the Boot Camp culture, a new army has formed; an army for event professionals. Our masters who educate at boot camp are known as Drill Sergeants, and as our guest we recruit you as a Private upon enrolling into Boot Camp. Training is fast and intense themed with military elements providing adventure and experience in learning new skills.

Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registration is non-refundable, however, you may send a substitute in your place. Please notify Special Event Boot Camp in writing to bootcamp@eventedge.com with your changes.
Privacy Policy
Your name, and e-mail will be published in the Special Event Boot Camp which will be available on-line distributed to all recruits. You will receive information and updates from the leaders about ongoing events.
Photographs and video tape may be taken during Special Event Boot Camp. By registering for this event you agree to allow Event Edge to use photographs and/or video tape that may include shots or likenesses of you in any Special Event Boot Camp or Event Edge publications, marketing and promotional materials, or our web site. If such photos/video are used, you are not entitled to receive any remuneration, royalties or other such payment.
