 Lara McCulloch-Carter is a brand strategist turned event professional and social media advocate. For over 12 years she worked agency-side leading brand development for companies such as Cadbury Adams, Shell, and Good Humor-Breyers. In 2005, Lara joined her family business, Regal Tent Productions, as Director of Marketing and she also currently holds the title of President for ISES Toronto. She is honored to be the recipient of the 2007 ISES Toronto Leadership Award as well as the prestigious Canadian Event Industry Spirit of the Industry Award 2008.

Lara started her award-winning blog ready2spark two years ago and it wasn’t long before she fell in love with all things web 2.0. An active speaker on the topic, she focuses on interweaving her strategic branding expertise into the ever-evolving world of social media.
